Exchange Policy

At The Sammy Store, we want you to love your purchase. To ensure a simple and fair experience, please review our exchange policy below:

• We do not offer refunds. All sales are final; however, we accept exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition in which they were received, including tags and original packaging when applicable. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for exchange.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange.

• Before sending an item back, please contact The Sammy Store to receive exchange instructions.
